the new yr
It has been ultra long since I have updated this thing and equally long since I have typed in proper English. With so many occasion cramped into a month, the past month have really been very hectic end eventful. Prom night, job hunting, Christmas, birthdays… the year ended beautifully with a humongous hole in my pocket. ;D
Well, this maybe be a bit late, but I think I should do my reflections for the year 2006 and resolutions for the year 2007. haha
Reflections for the Year 2006.
All in all, 2006 has been a great year. 可以説是酸甜苦辣全嘗盡。
Second year in JC is indeed a lot more fun than the first year, mainly it is because we are the seniors! Being a senior means that suppose to ‘take care’ of the juniors and make their lives as interesting as it can possibly get.
Haha, this year, I am help in the organization of many events and help in the training of the juniors. They are truly an interesting bunch of people. It is nice to see them so lively and reactive to my provocation. Haha.
Other than that, I have also made realized that I am actually surrounded by friends who cares and worries about me. I know that they would always be there for me when I need them, and I would be there when they need me.
Another thing I have also learnt is that a some things might not be easy to let go, be if you do not let it go, you would not be able to move on.
Haha, frankly speaking, I felt a bit lost after I have step down from my CCA duties. I just felt that I had so much free time on my hand, and feel like the CCA would eb better or we would be able to do more, if our batch continued.
Of course I did not really explicitly mentioned it to anyone, and even after we step down, my friends and I would occasionally drop by to see if the juniors need help. Haha, but after a while i realized that it would not do they juniors any good. So I have decided to let them try on their own and offer help only when they ask for it.
The greatest event of the year is of course the GCE ‘A’ Level examination. i can only say that I have tried my best. Hee hee
Resolution for the year 2007.
I have not really got down thinking about it, but this is roughly what I think I want.
1. To continue my Japanese classes and hopefully take my JLPT4 at the end of this year.
2. To earn enough money to travel to Japan by June.
3. Hmm, to not make rush decisions based on my instincts. My instincts have known to have got me into lots of troubles.
4. Get fit! Try to get my lazy bum out of the house and exercise at least once per week. Haha.
5. To try to survive the dancing course that I am going to sign up with my friend.
Yup, that is about it, I think it is good to make small small changes at a go.
